  • 6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 stalks green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes to the mixture and gently fold until everything is well combined.
