Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh fish fillets (tilapia or sea bass) cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 unit jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 unit avocado diced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fish and lime juice. Make sure the fish is fully submerged in the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. After 15 minutes, add the tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Gently fold in the diced avocado. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or tostadas.
