Microwave Baked Potato Recipe
A quick and easy way to make a baked potato using your microwave.

Main Ingredients
- 1 large Potato
- 1 tablespoon Butter optional
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Pepper to taste
1. Wash the potato thoroughly and pat it dry.
2. Pierce the potato several times with a fork.
3. Place the potato on a microwave-safe plate.
4. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
5. Turn the potato over and microwave for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Check if the potato is tender. If not, microwave in 1-minute increments until done.
7. Let it cool for a minute, then cut it open and add butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
