Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • ½ cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
