Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Black beans, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, breadcrumbs, mashed black beans, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add beaten eggs to the mixture and mix well until everything is combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve the patties on buns with your favorite toppings.
