Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Okra sliced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 400 g Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 liter Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add sliced okra and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
