Okra Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Okra sliced
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 400 g Tomatoes chopped
- 1 liter Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add sliced okra and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
