  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash the okra and trim the stems.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Place okra, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic in a jar.
  4. 4. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the okra in the jar.
  5. 5. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
