Pittsburgh Ham Barbecues Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Sliced Ham preferably chipped
- 1 cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 4 Hamburger Buns
1. In a large skillet, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Stir well.
2. Add the sliced ham to the skillet and mix until the ham is well coated with the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ham is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
4. Serve the ham barbecue on hamburger buns. Enjoy!
