- 4 lb Pork Shoulder
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix minced garlic and chopped rosemary, then rub this mixture all over the pork.
Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
