  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix minced garlic and chopped rosemary, then rub this mixture all over the pork.
  4. Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
