Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork shoulder cut into chunks
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add pork chunks and brown on all sides.
3. Remove pork and set aside.
4. In the same pot, add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
5. Stir in tomato paste and cook for another minute.
6. Return pork to the pot, add carrots, potatoes, and chicken broth.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
9. Serve hot.
