  • 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Sandwich buns split and toasted
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Brush mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushrooms.
  3. 3. Grill mushrooms for about 5 minutes on each side, until tender.
  4. 4. Assemble sandwiches with grilled mushrooms, arugula, and tomato slices on toasted buns.
