Ramen Buns
- 2 packs Instant ramen noodles any flavor
- 2 large Eggs
Burger Patties
- 200 g Ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Toppings
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 2 slices Tomato
- 2 slices Cheese optional
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, but without the seasoning packet. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add the cooled ramen noodles. Mix well.
Divide the noodle mixture into four equal parts. Shape each part into a bun shape using plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
In a frying pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Cook the ramen buns until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.
In the same pan, cook the ground beef patties seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until done to your liking.
Assemble the burger by placing a beef patty between two ramen buns. Add lettuce, tomato, and cheese if desired.
