Ramen Coleslaw Recipe
A crunchy, tangy coleslaw with a twist of ramen noodles.

Main Ingredients
- 1 package Ramen noodles crushed
- 1 bag Coleslaw mix
- ½ cup Sliced almonds toasted
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
- ½ cup Chopped green onions
Dressing
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 packet Ramen seasoning
In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, and chopped green onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and ramen seasoning packet until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
