Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Shoulder sliced thin
  • 4 Baguettes split lengthwise
  • 1 cup Pickled Carrots
  • 1 cup Pickled Daikon Radish
  • 1 cup Cilantro fresh
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate pork with the mixture.
  3. Place pork on a baking tray and roast for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly.
  5. Assemble the Banh Mi: Spread mayonnaise on the baguettes, layer with pork, pickled carrots, daikon, cucumber, and cilantro.
