Roasted Pork Banh Mi Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork Shoulder sliced thin
- 4 Baguettes split lengthwise
- 1 cup Pickled Carrots
- 1 cup Pickled Daikon Radish
- 1 cup Cilantro fresh
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate pork with the mixture.
Place pork on a baking tray and roast for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly.
Assemble the Banh Mi: Spread mayonnaise on the baguettes, layer with pork, pickled carrots, daikon, cucumber, and cilantro.
