  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups carrots sliced
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. 6. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
