Rotisserie Chicken Noodle Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole rotisserie chicken shredded
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups carrots sliced
- 1 cup celery sliced
- 1 cup onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
6. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
