Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sauerkraut drained
- 1 cup Carrot shredded
- 1 cup Apple diced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sauerkraut, shredded carrot, and diced apple.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Pour the dressing over the sauerkraut mixture and toss to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
