Ingredients

  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage
  • 1 package Frozen hashbrowns thawed
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, sausage, and 1 cup of cheese. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over hashbrown mixture.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
