Seafood Cioppino Recipe
A hearty seafood stew with a tomato-based broth, perfect for a cozy dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
- 1 cup fish stock
- 1 lb clams, scrubbed
- 1 lb mussels, scrubbed
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb firm white fish, cut into chunks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Add white wine, crushed tomatoes, and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
Add clams and mussels, cover and cook until they open, about 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and fish chunks, cook until just opaque, about 5 minutes more.
Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
