Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or any other noodles
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 scallions green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve warm or cold.
