Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a sheet pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pancakes are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
