Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 Bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, cook until soft.
  3. 3. Add shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink.
  4. 4. Remove shrimp mixture from skillet.
  5. 5. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add cheese and shrimp mixture, top with another tortilla.
  6. 6. Cook until golden brown, flip and cook the other side.
  7. 7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. 8. Cut into wedges and serve.
