Slow Cooker French Dip Recipe
A delicious and easy French dip sandwich made in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 3 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 6 rolls Hoagie Rolls
- 6 slices Provolone Cheese
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the roast.
Pour the beef broth into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
Place the shredded beef on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
Serve with a small bowl of the cooking liquid for dipping.
