Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ham, diced
  • 1 cup Dried white beans soaked overnight
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse and drain the soaked beans.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  3. 3. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. 5. Check seasoning and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
