Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks Pork Ribs
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
  5. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
  6. After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and cook for another 2 hours.
  7. Unwrap the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for another 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
