- 2 racks Pork Ribs
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and cook for another 2 hours.
Unwrap the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for another 30 minutes.
Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
