  • 1 lb Chicken Livers cleaned and trimmed
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak chicken livers in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Dredge soaked livers in flour mixture, coating well.
  5. 5. Fry livers in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
