- 1 lb Chicken Livers cleaned and trimmed
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Soak chicken livers in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Dredge soaked livers in flour mixture, coating well.
5. Fry livers in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
