Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Bell peppers cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Onion cut into chunks

Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine pork with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add bell peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the wok. Stir well.
  5. 5. Return pork to the wok. Add cornstarch mixture and stir until sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
