Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onions until the beef is browned and the onions are tender.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with the cream of mushroom soup and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
