  • 8 sausages
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Place sausages in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  4. Remove the baking dish from the oven, pour the batter over the sausages.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden and risen.
