Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
  • 1 cup Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  4. 4. Add cooked tofu to the bowl.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
  6. 6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. 7. Serve immediately.
