Tomato Cucumber Salad

Main Ingredients
- 4 Tomatoes chopped
- 2 Cucumbers sliced
- 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the vegetables.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Toss everything together until well combined.
