  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 slices Bread sourdough or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
  3. 3. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  4. 4. On the unbuttered side, layer the tuna mixture and shredded cheese.
  5. 5. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
