Turkey Carcass Soup Recipe
A hearty soup made from leftover turkey carcass.

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Turkey Carcass leftover from a roasted turkey
- 2 cups Carrots chopped
- 2 cups Celery chopped
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 8 cups Water
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Place the turkey carcass in a large pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
Remove the carcass and strain the broth.
Add chopped vegetables and garlic to the broth.
Simmer for another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
