Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Rice Paper Wrappers
- 200 grams Shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup Vermicelli Noodles, cooked
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- ½ cup Carrot, julienned
- ½ cup Cucumber, julienned
- ¼ cup Mint Leaves

1. Prepare all ingredients: cook shrimp and vermicelli noodles, julienne the vegetables, and chop the herbs.
2. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 1 second to soften.
3. Lay the softened wrapper flat on a cutting board. Place a small amount of shrimp, noodles, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, mint, and cilantro in the center.
4. Fold the sides inward, then tightly roll the wrapper from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling.
5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
