- 2 cups Watermelon (cubed)
- 1 cup Vodka
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup
- as needed Ice
1. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
2. Strain the watermelon juice into a martini shaker.
3. Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice to the shaker.
4. Shake well and strain into martini glasses.
5. Garnish with a small watermelon slice or lime wedge if desired.
