White Bean Chicken Chili
A hearty and flavorful chili made with white beans and chicken.

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 unit Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed
- 2 cans White Beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Corn optional
- 1 unit Lime, juiced optional
- 1 cup Cilantro, chopped optional
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add cubed chicken breast and cook until browned.
Add white beans, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Optional: Add corn and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Optional: Stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro before serving.
