Main Ingredients
- 2 pcs Avocados ripe
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add the Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
