Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli slaw mix
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
Dressing
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli slaw mix, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
