- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
2. Form the mixture into burger patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
