Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Corn kernels
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the flour and stir to form a roux. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
4. Add the milk, cooked chicken, and corn kernels. Stir well.
