  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Tenderize the cube steaks with a meat tenderizer.
  2. 2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. 3. Dredge the steaks in the flour mixture, coating both sides.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Cook the steaks for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. 6. Remove steaks from the skillet and set aside.
  7. 7. Add beef broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits.
  8. 8. Return steaks to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
