Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Rub the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on each tortilla, then topping with shredded cabbage, sour cream, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
