Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Rub the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.
3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on each tortilla, then topping with shredded cabbage, sour cream, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
