Instant Pot Chicken Soup Recipe
A quick and easy chicken soup made in an Instant Pot.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 stalks Celery sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
3. Add the chicken breast, chicken broth, carrots, celery, salt, pepper, and thyme.
4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
5. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
6. Remove the chicken breast, shred it, and return it to the pot. Stir well.
