  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Add the shredded cabbage to the bowl and toss well to coat with the dressing.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the salad and season with salt to taste. Toss again to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
