Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Mixed nuts chopped
  • ½ cup Dried fruits chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, and yogurt.
  2. Add the chopped nuts and dried fruits. Mix well.
  3. Sweeten with honey if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
