Red Beans and Rice Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Dried Red Beans soaked overnight
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 Celery Stalk chopped
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 cups Water
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, green bell pepper, and celery. Cook until softened.
3. Add the soaked red beans, water, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes or until beans are tender.
5. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
6. Serve the beans over the cooked rice.
