Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • optional Fresh parsley chopped
  • optional Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until garlic is golden.
  3. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan, toss to coat in the garlic oil. Season with salt.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and Parmesan if desired.
