Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Carrots chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add steak cubes and cook until browned.
  3. Add chopped carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
