Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add milk and eggs, whisking until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom.
Cook until edges start to lift and bottom is golden, about 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter. Fill crepes with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Serve immediately.
