Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter

Filling

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Whipped cream

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add milk and eggs, whisking until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom.
  4. Cook until edges start to lift and bottom is golden, about 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter. Fill crepes with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Serve immediately.
