Instructions
1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool slightly.
2. Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Pour this mixture over the cooked rice and mix well.
3. Place a sheet of nori on the bamboo mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
4. Arrange the cucumber, avocado, and fish slices in a line along the bottom edge of the nori.
5. Using the bamboo mat, carefully roll the sushi, pressing gently to keep it tight. Seal the edge with a little water.
6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
